DW's are remanufactured PoS.
The problem is that flow testing is only proof that WoT flows the correct amount at the same time.

You need to test injectors to have the same behavior through many ranges to make sure they run similarly.

Show of hands - How many of you run WoT even at stop lights and in 25MPH zones?
The truth is that if the injectors aren't matched throughout the RPM range you will have problems.

"My car is idling really roughly, but they flow-tested fine"
That's a conundrum my friend, one doesn't necessarily validate the other.

With so many search hits popping up saying their DWs were problematic, or prematurely failed, even after trying to Dyno-tune them, why is this in question?

Some of you have installed several sets that function properly?
Whoop-dee-shit.

The question here is of quality control.
If a doctor is able to stitch someone up 6-7 times out of 10 without killing someone, do you go to them to save $300 over the doc who does it 9-10 times out of 10?
